Flexibility Coaching
Zoom Stretch: 60 minutes
Beginner/intermediate. Working at a pace that’s right for you, we will wake your body up with stretches for your neck, shoulders, upper/middle/lower back, hips, quads, hamstrings, and calves. Perfect for people looking to get their body moving and improve their overall flexibility. If applicable, we will end class with splits and bridges!
Zoom Contortion: 60 minutes
Intermediate/advanced. Perfect for people looking to explore deeper bends. We will be working on over splits and chest stands primarily, learning shapes, tricks, and balances such as elbow stands, handstands, and standing drop back to bridge. If applicable, we will end class with chest stand shapes and endurance holds.
Private lessons: 60 minutes
In-person flexibility coaching. All levels welcome. Take your training to the next level with hands on spotting and assisted stretching. If applicable, studio rental fees will be collected in addition to the private lesson fee.
Split privates: 75 minutes
Stretching is better with friends! Enjoy hands on spotting and assisted stretching in-person with your friend nearby. A little emotional support goes a long way.
If applicable, studio rental fees will be collected in addition to the split private fee.
BYOB: Bring Your Own Buddy
House Visits: 60 minutes
Having grown up in New York City, I know how busy life can get. House visits are the most convenient way to make sure you get your workout in! Enjoy your private lesson in the comfort of your own home: no travel, no studio rental fee. Perfect for people with home gyms.
