Stretch with me

Improving your flexibility helps maintain healthy range of motion for your muscles and joints: making everyday movements possible, enjoyable, and pain free. With guidance from a professionally trained contortionist, you will learn proper stretch techniques that will ensure a safe and healthy workout!

Mind-Body Connection

Learn how to isolate, engage, and turn off targeted muscles by strengthening your mind-body connection. Breaking old habits and creating new muscle memory takes time, persistence, and dedication. With patience, proper corrections, and lots of repetition, you can create the new pathways necessary for taking your skills to the next level!

Overcome your fears

When we get scared, our body releases a hormone called adrenaline: causing an increased heart rate, a rise in blood pressure, and shortness of breath. Anxiety, nausea, and muscle tension will likely give you the feeling of being sick-to-your-stomach or frozen-with-fear. In order to overcome that fear we must break things down into steps: being strong, calm, and present.

Knowing you’re strong enough to execute what you’re working on will help keep you calm. Once you are calm, you can relax your muscles and breathe easier. When you practice proper breathing techniques, you become present. Being present invokes confidence and spatial awareness; all of which are necessary for safe and healthy training!
